This pump is specially designed so that the drainage medium is sucked from bottom and drained at top. Therefore if the water inlet is dipped under water surface, the pump will be able to work properly. The pump is a valuable equipment for mine’s water drainage. It can also be used for factory’s water supply and getting water from a river or lake.
Structure Feature:
This pump can be filled with either water or oil. The installation can be vertical, inclined, or horizontal.
The seal between the pump and the motor is mechanical and framework oil seal, which will prevent the motor cooling liquid from touching outer medium.
An advanced axial force balance device is installed between the motor and the pump. The device is helpful to decrease the axial force to reach an automatic force balance.
The motor is built-in which make the cooling process be efficient.
A special fixed method is used in horizontal installation to ensure the coaxial quality of the motor and the pump.
Work Conditions
Power supply: 3 phase AC power; Frequency: 50Hz; Voltage: 380V/660V (tolerance ±5%).
The solid ratio in the medium should be less than 0.01% (mass ratio).
Medium pH value should be 5-9.
Medium temperature should be less than 40℃. |
