This WQNseries pump is complied with the national standard GB/T24674-2009 with multiple usages. It can be used under any seriously bad work conditions for waste water or muddy water. The structure is downdraft, and the motor is submersiblethree-phase asynchronous motor. The product is reliable and can serve for a long time. Only small area is needed for the product’s installation.
Work Conditions:
Power supply: 3 phase AC power; Frequency: 50Hz; Voltage: 380V/660V (tolerance ±5%).
The maximum solid particle diameter should be less than 10mm.
The solid ratio in the medium should be less than 2% (volume ratio).
Medium temperature should be less than 40℃.
Medium pH value should be 4-10.
Structure Feature:
WQN bottom draft sewage pump is formed by 3-phase submersible motorand the pump body. The pump is connected to the motor directly.The seal between the pump and the motor is reliable mechanical seal, which seperates the motor cooling liquid from touching outer medium.
The winding wire is made from water proof cable and covered by nylon piece. For oil-filled motor, the motor chamber is filled with #10 machine oil or #25 transformer oil (not fully filled but to submerge the upper bearing when the pump is vertical standing). The annular ball bearing is applied to the motor. For water-filled motor, a sliding bearing is used. It must be filled with clean water, and dry rotation is strictly forbidden. This product has the advantage that it is easy to disassemble and repair.
The motor structure is built-in. Drainage medium flows out of the motor outer cover. The motor can work a long time in a dry environment. |
